Momma, You're My She-Ro
Welcome to the podcast where we celebrate the woman behind the mom.
Every mom has a unique story to tell, one filled with triumphs, challenges, unexpected turns, lessons, laughter, and moments that changed her forever. And this is the place to tell it.
Meet the SHE-ROS! Remarkable mothers who are building, nurturing, creating, leading, loving, and growing while navigating the beautiful, messy, complicated journey of motherhood. From CEOs and entrepreneurs to artists, athletes, educators, scientists, and everyday extraordinary moms, these women remind us that there is no one right way to be a mother.
Each episode goes beyond motherhood to explore the woman behind the mom: who she was before children, who she became through motherhood, what she has overcome, what she is still figuring out, and the dreams, identities, relationships, and ambitions that make her uniquely herself.
This is a space for moms to share their stories openly and honestly, without judgment. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can hear is another woman saying, “Me too.”
Whether you’re a new mom finding your way, a seasoned mother navigating a new chapter, or a woman simply trying to remember all the parts of herself beyond motherhood, you’ll find real conversations, inspiring stories, laughter, vulnerability, and wisdom here.
So come as you are. Listen, laugh, learn, and be inspired by the SHE-ROS who are proving that motherhood isn’t the end of your story; it’s part of the story you’re still writing.
Momma, you’re my SHE-RO!
xoxo

This week I chat with my former college roomie, Ebonyck. Ebonyck explains how she balances marriage, motherhood, her nursing career, and her small candle business. Her story is an inspiration to all of us moms to never stop dreaming! She takes us through her motherhood struggles in such a real and authentic way. Ebonyck takes us through the trauma she experienced after birthing her twins all the way to when she knew she needed to seek help.
Momma, there is no shame in needing or seeking help. Your mental health matters. Please don't suffer in silence. We need you. You're so valuable to us!
